Do I need to make appointments?

Yes. It’s always best to call first to make an appointment for one of our services. We also take walk-ins depending on if we have availability or not.

Do you take big party groups?

Yes, we can hold 6 people at one time.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. You can call us and we can send you the certificate over the phone or email it to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are late to your appointment after 15 mins, your appointment will be automatically canceled. The minimum is 4 hours ahead to cancel. No call and no show results in a $30 fee and will be charged to your next appointment.

Do I need to come earlier for my appointment?

Yes, always come at least 15 minutes to prepare yourself for the restroom and consultation. Your massage session starts at your appointment time. If you come exactly at your appointment time and you take your time for the restroom and consultation, you may have only 50 minutes left by the time you lay on your massage table. You can never go wrong with coming earlier!
